The Mughal-style garden, with its terraced layout and flowing water channels, creates a peaceful and picturesque ambiance. The vibrant flower beds and majestic Chinar trees add to its charm, making it a great spot for photography and relaxation.
However, due to its popularity, the garden tends to get quite crowded, which can take away from the tranquility and fresh air that one would expect in such a serene setting. Despite this, the beauty of Nishat Garden remains undeniable, and it is still worth a visit for its historical significance and scenic appeal.
To fully appreciate its charm, visiting early in the day or during off-peak hours is recommended. Overall, Nishat Garden is a must-see in Srinagar, offering a glimpse into the grandeur of Mughal landscaping amidst the natural beauty of Kashmir."

"It's winter when we came here. Thus, all trees and flower plants are dried, waiting the next season to blossom again. Very big garden. You may enjoy walking in the garden. If to explore all the beauty of the garden, you might need half a day 😁. Since it's too cold during winter, I spent about 1.5 hours walking in here."

"We visited this place on March 1st week. The trees & plans were at their initial stage for monsoon that time. During the visit we still had quite a lot of visitors that time. The temp was around 7-8°C."
