Ran my first 30km (Lidingöloppet, Sweden) and my right knee fucked up my time.
I have worked my ass of for this race, and it showed, if it wasnt for my right knee. The race first 20 km was easy. But after a downhill slope, my right knee caught up with me. It built slowly. Every uphill went smooth and easy for the rest of the race but. You know uphills…

"Always well managed with nice officials who keep track of all the thousands of confused participants and spectators directly in Ropsten and everywhere in the area.
However, a big minus with the toilet queue. At Lidingövallen race day for 15 & 30 the queue is almost an hour long and creates a lot of stress.
More toilets and more food options to minimize long queues are needed!"
