Their production process and "here produced" and no waste philosophy was the most impressive. I would definitely like to support this local farming company. The one disappointment was we visited during the off season so the restaurant wasn't open to the public for lunch. It would be best if they included that on their website. All-in-all a very enjoyable visit."

The organization of the event was a bit disappointing though, they said the cows would be released 11am, it ended with 1130, a bit annoying. Parking lots were packed, get there in time! Free parking! We would be ok to pay small amount to have some parking guards though since getting out was a bit of a mess."
