"Amazing hike in the mountains! Fairly easy hike covering around 600 meters of elevation with hikes through open pasture, Forrest and waterfalls. We even made it up into the snow line. Total time up and down was around 6 hours."

"Beautiful hike along the river Flem. Go up with the cable to station Foppa, from there go up and left, follow the path upstream for a few hundred meters until you see a small gate on the left that states no mountainbikes allowed. Go through there and follow the path and the river downstream. Many bridges, waterfalls and beautiful views and landscapes. With easy hiking fun for 2,5h guaranteed. Mostly walking in shade but also few open spaces in the sun. Several places to access the river for a quick swim. Dogs love it, too."

"Beautiful hiking trail, where you follow the stream from the mountain top all the way down to Flims.
We took the cable car from Flims to Startgels and hiked part of the trail from Startgels to Segnes. Moderate hike, got to see 5 bridges and it took us about 2h."
