Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the thrilling toboggan run and unique Fly Line, praising the stunning Alpine scenery and family-friendly nature of the activities. "My kiddos weren't old enough / tall enough for most Ziplines in the area. This one allows kids 4yo+. The adults and young kids who did it absolutely loved it! It's very relaxing cruising through the mountainside."

"Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the rude attitude of the young lady with the ponytail and the man handing out vests. Other visitors seemed to notice the same. Ask your company to hang up clear signage such as “Wait here” or “Do not touch” It could prevent repeated questions instead of reacting rude. They chose this job and while I understand everyone has bad days, this is a tourist attraction where you can expect visitors who don’t know exactly what to do. On a positive note, the older man who strapped us in was friendly and professional, the attraction itself was nice. Please hire staff who have patience and basic customer service skills."

"It’s an awesome experience. Shortish, compared to the longer First Flier, but beautiful ride through the trees
