The spa is amazing and relaxing and perfect for unwinding. The pool and garden are stunning, with volleyball or beach tennis style or large chess to enjoy with family with beautiful views and such a peaceful atmosphere. Everything during my stay was great, from the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms and excellent service.

"We would like to express our sincere thanks to the staff at the reception, bar, breakfast area, room service, and transfer services. The overall hospitality was excellent, and we truly enjoyed a clean, comfortable, and pleasant two-day stay.
However, we were disappointed with the experience at the pool area. The staff member there did not reflect the same level of hospitality as the rest of the team. Her constantly displeased expression and unapproachable attitude made us feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the children’s time restriction at the pool, and although we exceeded it by only five minutes, she pointed to her watch and asked us to leave in a rather impolite manner. Even the next morning, we were met with the same unfriendly demeanor, which affected our comfort.
While the rest of our stay was wonderful, the experience at the pool area left a negative impression. We hope this feedback helps improve guest experience in the future."

"Came here early August, right before the Locarno Film Festival and enjoyed four relaxing, sunny days.
The town is near (15min by foot), you can take an early morning hike to the covent Madonna del Sasso, the breakfast buffet is vast and both restaurants serve high quality food and drinks.
The second floor SPA area was just recently finished and I can truly recommend the saunas, hammam and quiet relaxation area.
There is also a pool and huge outdoor area that's great for sunbathing. You can play chess, table tennis and there is a small beach volleyball field.
The staff is multilingual and the view is absolutely stunning from almost every corner of the complexe.
