The director of the winery welcomes us and after a very engaging presentation he impeccably presents all the products of the winery and at the end asks us to choose three bottles for the tasting (as per Smartbox). After tasting the three choices with various combinations to enhance the products, he suggests that we taste a fourth bottle. Very good products, exquisite and very knowledgeable director. An experience to recommend. Exceptional."

I honestly didn't make a huge purchase, but before purchasing, I asked the receptionist if I could taste what I was about to buy. She refused, telling me that tastings weren't available. I find it unprofessional and scandalous to deny me a tasting of wines I don't know. I also have serious doubts that the person who served me has the necessary knowledge about wine; he only informed me about the type of wine—blended or single-varietal—or whether it's aged or not—nothing more, nothing less. If this is the way to promote our wines (with ZERO marketing), we're in a very bad situation!"
