"The park is really nice and the zip lines are very interesting.
But when two kids get stuck, crying and in panic mode simply because they got scared, you need to react before they get mentally broken rather that continue to push them to find a way to unblock themselves. And for sure when you react (after me pushing them to do so) you don’t call a 12 yr boy an idiot while he is crying on the zip line 10 meters high, in tears and begging for help.
I just wish my son told me that before leaving the place…
Shame on you and it’s a shame because the park is really nice."
