"The city of Payerne, situated on Lake Neuchâtel, has a long historical background that is most evident in the Payerne Cathedral. The cathedral in Payerne is one of the oldest and largest churches in Switzerland. You will be greeted in a friendly manner and the detailed audio guide will be explained to you. When you walk through the church you have to open the door in several places with a badge. One enters the fantastic, high church and is then guided through the adjoining building. The architecture is unique. Definitely worth a visit"
