"Fantastic place which connect lake St Moritz to center of the city.. Daily there is so much people who goes through because there is garage inside, but at night it's special and quite and you can enjoy in pictures of St Moritz history, ski and bobsleigh famous history... There you have free maps and magazine about city... All recommendations to see this art gallery and when you in night walk at lake with girlfriend always go through"

""Design Gallery" is just exuberant marketing... This is simply an escalator connecting the carpark, train station and lakeside promenade to the main shopping street. It just has some posters on the walls.
Although the distance between all these places looks short on a map, a steep hillside separates them so these escalators are essential if you have luggage, prams, etc. The lower entrance is clearly signposted from the train station or panoramic platform, and you'll find the upper entrance in the glass box marked "Parkhaus Serletta" directly beside Badrutt's Palace on Via Serlas."
