"I discovered this place today for the first time, I was welcomed by a very friendly gentleman who directed me and described the library, arrived upstairs using the elevator, I settled in and asked if there was Wi-Fi access there again the very professional staff gave me very good information it was a lady, the place is very well maintained and clean, the decoration is very pretty. It is a pleasant place to revise, learn or prepare for exams."
