"25hours Hotel Zurich West-
Sadly a terrible experience!
If the sheets were clean, the pillows were dirty and stained!
And above that, I had the horrible surprise of having been bitten by bedbugs(checking with the doctor)!
I took care to notify the hotel by email and to date 2 no return!!!!
I do not recommend this hotel considering the price!
Ashamed!"
