Reviews Summary
The WOW Museum Zurich offers a fun, interactive experience with plenty of photo opportunities, particularly appealing to families and groups. While some find it a bit pricey for the duration and note potential issues with the QR code system, the friendly staff and unique illusions generally make for an enjoyable visit.
"A bit pricey for the time it takes( 2 adults took 30 minutes). Excellent if you have kids. Incredibly warm in the building so prepare to leave your sweatshirt or coat in the lockers. Overall fun way to get some photos"

"The WoW Museum in Zurich is mediocre at best given its 23 CHF entry fee. While it has some interesting illusions, many are quite basic and have been circulating online since the early days of email forwarding. Additionally, some of the exhibits show visible signs of wear, which takes away from the experience. They should consider introducing new and exciting illusions and making a better effort in maintaining and refreshing the existing ones.
The space is quite tight, and despite their time slot system, it can still feel crowded.
On the positive side, I appreciated the QR codes that allow visitors to interact with 3D figures and save pictures from certain exhibits. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit more enjoyable.
Overall, it's not a bad place to visit, but for the price, I expected something more innovative and well-maintained."

"It was good for about one hour fun. A little crowded but ok. The system of scanning the QR code was the most unpleasant thing. The internet connection even with their own wifi was not ok and a lot of page errors happened so you become frustrated at the end and try to figure out around yourself. Which was hard for some of them…"
