"Hello, if you are going to go here, do not call it a caravanserai. Search for Akhan neighborhood, if you are coming from Denizli center, as soon as you pass the automotive dealers at the entrance of the neighborhood, you make a u-turn on the left and ahead. A place where we can feel within our own history. Since it is a place affiliated with foundations, it was rented to a restaurant operator with the idea that it would not remain idle and be protected. It is used for restaurants and events such as weddings etc. However, if you are just going to tour, there is an entrance fee of 1 euro. (18 TL / person) I recommend you to see it, but before you go, you can get information about its architecture from the website of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. You can better understand the beauties you see"

"The Akhan Caravanserai, one of the last caravanserais of the Anatolian Seljuks in the west and boasting two inscriptions, conforms to the scheme of sultan's caravanserais, but is quite small. The caravanserai has two inscriptions. The enclosed section was completed in 1253 (651 AH), and the courtyard in 1254 (652 AH). The commissioner was Governor Seyfettin Karasungur bin Abdullah. The inscription mentions the name of İzzettin Keykavus II. The caravanserai, which lacks a symmetrical plan, consists of open and closed sections. It sits on a total area of 1,100 square meters and consists of a square courtyard and a deep rectangular hall."
