What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Antalya Aquarium is praised for its impressive 131-meter tunnel aquarium and diverse themed exhibits, offering a visually stunning experience. Visitors also enjoy the adjacent Wax Museum and Snow World. However, some find the ticket prices steep, especially when booked through tour agents, and recommend booking online for better value.
"Visited on August 15, 2025. Paid 40 dollars per person as foreing citizens for just aquarium itself. If booked online via the aquarium’s official site in advance, it costs 36 dollars instead. Overall it was nice but it is a bit pricey for what it offered.
It is home to the world’s largest tunnel aquarium, stretching 131 meters in length. Inside, visitors can marvel at a life-size airplane and shipwreck, while coming face to face with majestic sharks."
Ogtay Ismayil
"Nice time visiting the aquarium. Prices are a bit steep, and it did feel like some of the bigger fish could have done with some bigger tanks! The tunnel aquarium is spectacular, keep an eye on the sharks they are fantastic."
Kevin Nedin
"Overpriced, unfriendly staff, and just not worth it
We were really disappointed with this visit. The aquarium is small for the price—yes, there are some nice fish, but definitely not enough to justify the cost. Not many sharks either, and the so-called “longest tunnel” wasn’t anything special.
What made the experience worse was the staff. They were not friendly at all, and made a fuss because we bought tickets online. It felt like they were trying to find ways to charge us more.
Also, charging kids from 3 years old is just ridiculous. For a place this size, that feels greedy more than anything else.
Unless you get in at a heavily discounted price, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s clearly a ripoff."
