I recommend Amasra/Bartın in Turkey it's similar compared to this view and very beautiful as well. You can search and take a look at it. It's kinda cheap place as it's not a very popular place.

Amasra, geographically situated on a small peninsula, has a coastline extending into the Black Sea. Two natural bays are located to the east and west of this peninsula. One is called the Great Port, the other the Lesser Port.
