What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Konak Pier is praised for its beautiful seaside location, historical architecture, and vibrant atmosphere, offering a pleasant mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Visitors enjoy the sea views, the unique concept of a repurposed historic building, and the variety of cafes and restaurants. However, some find it can get uncomfortably hot inside during summer due to a lack of air conditioning in common areas, and a few shops were noted as vacant.
"This is a great place. Security check to get in, and then a hub of cafe culture, whilst also being an active ferry port. Very pretty place."

"Cool concept and interesting that it was designed by Eiffel but it was a bit of a let down since it was not air conditioned in the main mall hallway so stifling hot (100+F day) and the only access to the waterfront was through restaurants. Many shops are vacant but the clothing ones seemed very nice."

"We visited the pier to access a restaurant, so I'm not sure what to actually give the pier as a score. Mark, part of our party, has challenged my 5-star reviews, so I'm awarding 4-stars. Very good wc, and you can walk to the far end to look out over the sea. Lovely views. A useful flyover walkway takes you back over the main coastal road to town."
