What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Every team member was friendly, always smiling, and truly dedicated to making our stay pleasant from the very first to the last day.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The food was delicious and diverse – especially the breakfast, which amazed us each morning with its freshness and variety.
The hotel’s location is also excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough for total relaxation.

"Today we visited our family at the hotel. Since it is a resort, we wanted to book the all-inclusive option for the day. We arrived shortly before 10:00 a.m. and were told it would cost €100 per person for the period from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
As the evening program runs until 10:30 p.m., we asked if we could stay half an hour longer. The receptionist refused and said we had to check out at 10:00 p.m. In addition, we were asked to leave our passports at the reception to ensure we would not stay longer.
I then asked the receptionist to check with a taxi service how much the ride to our hotel at 10:00 p.m. would cost. The price was €60 with the hotel transfer. We agreed that this would work and asked them to make a reservation.
At check-out, however, the receptionist “Kerstin” simply walked away in the middle of our conversation and started a private phone call – completely unprofessional! We were on time at the reception at 10:00 p.m., but of course, the transfer was not there. At 10:10 p.m. I asked where it was, and they said it would arrive in 5 minutes. In reality, the transfer only came at 10:21 p.m.
So I have to wonder: why was it such a problem for us to stay until the end of the program? That question remains unanswered…
Highlight!! Two days later, the hotel called the travel agency through which our family had booked and pressured them to contact us so that we would delete our review. When we asked why we were not allowed to stay for just half an hour longer, even though we had to wait for the hotel transfer, we received no answer – not even an apology. I find it absolutely unprofessional to put families on vacation under such pressure."

"The hotel grounds are quite spacious. It's quiet and fun. The staff is friendly and polite. The entertainment team is quite efficient and attentive. We've been attending İremsi's yoga classes every morning since our arrival. We're very grateful to her and her sound therapy; she's made us very happy. The evening programs are quite lively. Seeing and learning the dances and music of each country was a wonderful experience for us. We'll be back."
