The other reviews and data points for this shop confirm her inherent discrimination bias and general xenophobic dealing with non Turkish travellers. I love the brand and travel from Australia to Paris and come to Istanbul for this brand. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time that I've encountered unhelpful and ill-mannered dealing with staff at this store. They don't speak English (intentionally or unintentionally), they are condescending in providing instructions and don't value Mavi's customers. The attendee hit my phone by passing me my shopping and lacks the courtesy to apologise or be cognisant of their below par social intelligence. Nothing against the brand but their employees work against the cause of the brand."
