Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanical Garden for its free entry, beautiful spring blossoms, and family-friendly amenities like play areas and picnic spots. However, the garden's location near busy highways results in noticeable traffic noise, which detracts from the overall tranquility for some.

"Pretty but noisy because it's between busy roads. The smell of the trees in the autumn is still great though.:)"

Yulia M.

"The location is in Ataşehir, Istanbul. It is not in the city center and I cannot suggest it to tourists as it is really time consuming to get there just to watch blossoms, but it is a quiet and beautiful place to spend an evening out there. Trees are also very nice and there are some artificial ponds. I didn’t see any Japanese trees by the way !!!"

Shadi Heidari

"This is a real botanical garden complete with greenhouses (open from 1pm until 3pm) and labelled specimen plants. The gardens are all linked by tunnels or bridges and there are ramps for pushchairs or wheelchairs. I didn't notice any wheelchair accessible toilets though as they seem to be of the portaloo variety. Definitely worth a visit. There are also small play areas for kids. Only 4 stars because of the constant traffic noise."
