What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Reviews for Pasaport Pier hotels are highly polarized. While many praise the prime location, sea views, and friendly staff, a significant number of guests report issues with room quality, cleanliness, and unexpected service disruptions like water outages. The discrepancy between online photos and reality is a common complaint, leading to disappointment for some.
"The worst hotel. In the pictures on the website you only see the most beautiful rooms facing the sea. We arrived around 8PM at the reception, we took the rooms and when we went upstairs we discovered a small room and a view of the neighboring block which was a meter away. Literally no light enters the room and you feel like in a cellar. We said we'll get over this and we went out to eat, but when we got back to discover that the water wasn't running at all in the entire hotel. I asked for explanations but no one paid attention to me and I found out that the water wasn't running until 2am from another customer. I somehow got over this as i had a long journey the next day and I had to sleep, but all night there were people talking very loudly and it seemed like they were moving furniture all night. In the morning when I went to the reception and asked for an explanation they told me very bored that there was a flood in a room, no excuses, no anything, just leave quickly. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The worst hotel ever.. The pictures are one thing and the reality is something else, it does not resemble the pictures…..The rooms are unclean and gloomy, the bathrooms too. They gave us the worst room and we asked to change it, they gave us the worst one …. and on the same day of our arrival we were tired, after an hour of entering the hotel we left and handed over the rooms because it was impossible to stay in them,,,,,, the smell of the bathrooms filled our room. We checked out immediately from the hotel and they did not refund our money.. I do not recommend it to anyone to book with them, it is better to sleep on the street than in their hotel... was so bad experience. One star it’s too much for them I will give them 0.0 % ."

However, a recurring concern in negative reviews is the discrepancy between advertised room quality and reality.
