Unfortunately, the hotel manager is totally greedy. During our stay we made a wrong reservation to extend our stay. We immediately cancelled it via Agoda, yet the app showed that the hotel owner declined it. We asked why, and his reason being "Agoda must call me in person before I approve the cancellation." He promised to return the full due amount but first we'd have to submit a cacellation request via Agoda. We ended up submitting four requests, yet he intentionally declined it as clearly shown in the Agoda application with him claiming the same excuse each time.
Later we reached out directly to him via phone and requested he wires the money to our bank account in Turkey. He said he'd have to pay $35 (tax and bank commission) out of the due amount of $52. We simply told him he can keep it because we can see that he won't return the money. We would NOT recommed this hotel at all! We've been lied to and scammed!"

"I chose this hotel because it’s far from the city noise — a perfect location for families and nature lovers. It’s beautifully nestled between the mountains, offering peace and relaxation.
The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The hotel includes a restaurant with breakfast included in the booking — varied and satisfying, with the option to request additional items.
Lunch and dinner meals were also good.
There is available parking, and a few restaurants can be found before and after reaching the hotel. The road is paved but requires a bit of caution while driving.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience. Special thanks to the receptionist Mr Husni, who speaks English and good Arabic — extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything needed.
