"Must see if you are in Sinop. Relax and get a Turkish Coffee or Cay. They also offer some food. There are several market stalls which sell souvenirs and (maybe) handmade clothes, jewellery etc. And - most important - there is a clean toilet right at the entrance (5 TL if I remember correctly).
