The front and rear entrances of the building, constructed with beautiful stonework, are each supported by large doors supported by two columns.
Between 1913 and 1917, during the reign of Governor Muammer Bey, a third floor was added to the wooden building. In 1978, the third floor burned down completely, leaving only the exterior walls of the first and second floors standing. Following extensive renovations, the building was restored to its original appearance in 1982 and opened as the Government Building."
