"The best mosaic Turkish lamp workshop in Istanbul (and maybe the world😁)
This wasn't just about creating lamps. It was genuine therapy through laughter and light. We never thought that assembling small pieces of glass could be so engaging and interesting.
The instructors speak several languages, take a personalized approach with every guest, provide all the necessary materials and treat you to tea and delicious snacks.
Our instructor was Abdullah. He taught us everything, demonstrated the techniques, gave valuable advice (like how not to glue your neighbor or yourself), kept our spirits up, joked and simply exuded incredible positivity. Another instructor Riad also assisted us, assembling and connecting the lamps. It was a fun and fascinating process from the very first glass piece to the final “let there be light!” moment.
The atmosphere was wonderful and everyone worked at their own pace. We didn't just leave with amazing, unique Turkish lamps that now illuminate our home we also left with a boost of energy and fantastic memories. Guys, you are absolutely brilliant!
This is a must-do in Istanbul if you're looking for an original souvenir and a fun art-therapy session. Everything was super - we recommend it wholeheartedly.

"Visiting from America. We were greeted with tea, coffee, and Turkish delights. Esin guided us through the process of creating individualized perfumes with passion and cheer. There were many options for scents and Esin helped to balance them in the most aromatically pleasing way. Truly a great way to spend an hour or so with friends. "This was a 10/10 experience! Must visit place if you’re in Istanbul. The place is located in the European side (around 13 mjn from the ferry station Karaköy). If you want to decorate your own lamp like I did, you MUST visit this place!
I was greeted by the sweetest staff when I arrived for the workshop. The person that helped me and walked me through this workshop was Esin. Esin is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet. Not only is she kind, friendly and open, but she is also very helpful and creative. She was excellent at explaining how to create patterns for the lamp as well as being service-minded and making sure that everyone understood what was being said. Furthermore, she was excellent at guiding me in terms of what size of lamp I should choose for my lamp.
If you don’t know what to make, don’t worry! They even have exquisite designs (showcased as models) in different sizes as well, so you can get an idea and feel of how your design will look depending on the size of the lamp.
If you are travelling solo to Istanbul, don’t fear coming to this place alone! I came alone, but I felt very welcome and at peace. It’s a very calming environment, great staff and vibes in general.
Again, I can recommend this place 10/10!"
