"This place has been here since 1919. It has a rich story.
It was a coal mine storage in 1919.
In 1936, it turned to a very important spot for mine business in the old days, after the WW2, the government took it over from a Japanese mine company, then an American shipyard rent this place from the government from 1966 to 1987. It had ruined till Chris Evans filmed a commercial there in 2014.
Now, it’s a historic building since 2016."

It was the US-factory for making yacht in 1960. Before 1960 it was a wharfs.
It attracts the public because one of the famous America actors were here for making the video for “Call of Duty Online”. The actor is Chris Evans, most known him are from the movie American Captain."
