However, finding the correct entrance can be confusing, and the cave's dim lighting might be a challenge for some. It's often described as a quick but memorable stop, best combined with the nearby Mazu Temple.
"The cave is free entrance. No operating time. Dont mistaken this for the small cave inside the temple which has a operating hour n closes at 4pm. Which is also fun.
The entrance(named exit) to the cave is inside the village. The actual entrance is not accessible when we arrive. But u can still "exit" fr the entrance to take a look on the outside once u are inside.
Can finish the visit in less than 30mins. But rem tk try the small cave inside the temple beside
When u reach the end, turn around n look up to see the Buddha's Hand."

"It was alright. It was hard to find in the beginning. We eventually found it but the cave was not lit therefore it wasn't clear if we can enter or it's restricted. Saw other cave entrances and other interesting spots but this area is a quick visit type. Took the bus here, pretty good bus service."

"This unique cave in Keelung is named after a rock formation shaped like a Buddha’s hand.
there’s a small cave inside of the temple, which is fun to squeeze through, but it’s not the actual Buddha’s Hand Cave. To reach the real cave, head down the small road to the right of the. There is a narrow alleyway to the cave entrance.
Before reaching to the end, you need to look up for Buddha hand. Like us we need to go back 2 times.
Parking available"
