"I had a refreshing morning run at Taichung Central Park, which was conveniently close to my hotel in Fengchia. The park is huge, with beautiful greenery and serene ponds, making it a perfect spot for a peaceful workout.
There’s also a large, interesting playground that families with kids will enjoy. While some areas were undergoing minor construction during my visit, it didn’t affect the experience as the park’s pathways are wide and clean.
I highly recommend this park for runners staying nearby and families looking for a relaxing outdoor space."

"Went there for the Lantern Festival and it was a display of lights and a treat for the eyes. Crowded but a controlled chaos. People were walking around, bumping into each other and enjoying the beautiful displays. The laser show (starts at the top of every hour) and sone other side shows were a must see. Don't know what the park looks normally but hear from the locals that it's a park needs developed.
But if you are in town for any festival, make sure you see it. Taiwan knows how to dazzle you."
