"It is conveniently located 1 road away from Yilan station. It has shades and good place to rest from the hot sun.
Just about 50m down, you will find another 2 photo spots where the figure is sitting on a bench and girl and boy waiting for bus."

"A worthy stopover if you are in Yilan. Not only they are photo worthy with the visitors, it is near other main attractions too. It is just opposite of the Jimmy's.
The floating train is impressive, and the friend who hosted our stay explained that they have to be detached and removed during typhoon seasons for safety reasons. Because of this, it maybe permanently moved to a new (indoor) location in the future. So, take photos as much as you can now."
Gnip Amoeba
"Quite small. Went on a Saturday evening around 5pm and there wasn't many people. No street stalls around either. Free of charge and just opposite Yilan station so no harm coming over to see see if you are in the area."
