What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Longnice Onzen Beitou for its authentic, no-frills hot spring experience and incredibly affordable prices. The mineral-rich, very hot waters are a major draw for relaxation and skin benefits. However, some find it basic and suggest it might be overhyped compared to other options, with the intense heat being a point of caution.
"OMGG! Best experience of hotspring bathing! The temperature was about 43-45°C. The entrance fee is NT150. Worry not since the female & male room is separated!!! (You have to be nude in this place)
Super tranquil, super relaxing! Would recommend this"

"Very enjoyable! If you're looking for a down-to-earth, local Hotspring experience, this is it. Nothing fancy about this place. Small, and narrow inside. Bring your own towel and stuff. You can clearly taste the extremely high mineral content of the water. 2 pools separated in the middle. 1 is just right, the other is just insanely hot with ~46°C so be careful. Left with clean skin and warmed to the bones."

"A very nice and authentic hotspring experience!
There are separated male and female hotsprings (Naked!) for only 150ntd, unlimited time. Towels & waterbottles can be rented/purchased seperately, but I suggest you bring your own. Nothing too fancy, but the perfect place if you want to experience a communal bath idea. The hotsprings reach temperatures up to 48°C so be careful not to soak in them for more than 5minutes at a time and bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.
If you want to enjoy a hotspring more privately, there are also options for a two-person bath (swimming clothes allowed), but these aren’t guaranteed to be free without a reservation."
