"The lights at night were spectacular! This place is an oasis in the middle of suburban Taichung. The water is clear and the koi swimming around seem happy too. I spotted some ducks swimming too. The landscape was well designed and the greens and trees brought fresh air. There were however a number of mendicants and homeless people especially beneath the bridge."
