If you visit Kaohsiung, this night market is MUST GO on your list!! It has food drinks shopping and entertainment in one spot.
Low price range for most of the vendors you visit. I'm sure you can haggle if you like. Pretty much cash only. Some vendors might take LINE PAY.
They are all nice and willing to show you the merchandise or how to play games. There's a service center in the middle if you need help."

"The largest night market in Kaohsiung, Ruifeng is a must visit, bar none. It is located on a parking lot, in a similar style as those located in Tainan. Though half the size of the night markets of Tainan, Ruifeng is simply, the largest one in Kaohsiung.
There is a wide variety of foods, specifically the seafood selection is awesome, with prices much lower than Taipei. We found some of the flavors to be fresh and the shellfish unbeatable.
The density is rather high, as this is the only, parking lot oriented, night market in the city.
There is also a wide variety of carnival games, darts, ring toss, airsoft, mahjong and arcade, in addition to some kiddy rides.
As I travel throughout Taiwan, I have found at least three unique items at Ruifeng, which I have never encountered before."
