"Building is nice and has a modern look, but the parking lot is POORLY managed.
Pls see the attached picture. There were 3 parking spots for green/ EV car and all were taken. On a closer look, there is a gasoline car, LEXUS, illegally parked on the 110 spot. I took a picture and complained to the employees.
Their response was simply: Nothing we can do to it. We can not make an announcement to get the owner to move his car.
So i asked politely if i may make a suggestion. She said yes and I told her to leave a warning note on the car's windshield and move on with my day.
After about 1 hour, I stopped by the car before I left, I saw no notice, no warning on the windshield.
To the management: Why do you come out with perks for green / EV cars when you are not going to / have no plan to strictly enforce the policy? It is either due to their L A Z Y employees or a very INCOMPETENT management team.
