Visitors praise its lively atmosphere, diverse food options like Ah-Chung Misua, and the exciting night market vibe. "Sensory overload. Shops, stalls, food, clothes, entertainment- this place has it all. At Chung rice flour noodles is a must! The queue moves fast. Pay at the cashier, then collect your food once it’s ready. The process took one minute. The sauce station is behind the pillar. Add some chilli and vinegar. It really spruces up the flavour. Look for the crispy pork stall… it’s so worth it! The crunch of the onions with the crisp of the pork is sublime.
Oh and if you’re into Labubus, the official Pop Mart shop is here too. It’s hard to miss.
Basic english is no problem here."

"This spot was conveniently located near our hotel, making it easy to explore. There were plenty of stores to check out, and I found a great food stall selling crispy omelets—they were surprisingly delicious! Right next to it, another stall offered rice sausages and pork sausages, which were also really good. We even got to enjoy a street performance, which made the experience even more fun. I definitely recommend watching them if you get the chance. We didn’t have any trouble communicating with the Taiwanese vendors either, as most of them could understand and speak enough English."

"Ximending night market is a really nice street, it is nice for walking there in the evening. It is not really a night market but rather a street lined of shops that are open late at night. It is quite expensive as it is mostly for tourists but there is a lot of different shops, restaurants and street food."
