Reviews Summary

Visitors are captivated by the unique natural phenomenon of the Yin-Yang Sea, with its striking blue and yellow waters. The nearby Thirteen Layer Ruins add a layer of historical intrigue. While it's often a brief stop, the visual spectacle makes it a memorable part of a northeast Taiwan itinerary.

"This intriguing oceanic phenomenon distinctly delineates the confluence of river outflow and ocean water. The boundary is best observed from an elevated perspective, such as the platform adjacent to the parking lot/bus stop."

"We stopped over at this unique spot on the north coast near Jinguashi. The sea splits into two distinct colors: a deep blue on one side and a yellowish-brown on the other, caused by mineral runoff from nearby mining areas. There’s a nice observation deck along the T-junction that offers perfect"

Mirjana Ong

"It’s a good stopover specially if you’re in a tour because it’s cool to see even for a short time, its not always you would see this kind of phenomenon (for me). So its cool!

Sadly it was raining when we were there so we didn’t had a clear view for it but still amazing.

You can also see the thirteen story ruins and teapot mountain from there. ☺️
