we visited on 06/25 with my family, I had an absolutely amazing experience at wet n wild! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was smooth, safe, and full of fun. The customer service here is truly exceptional — every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job.
The park itself is clean, well-maintained, and full of exciting attractions for all ages. Whether you’re into high-speed slides, or splash zones for the little ones, there’s something for everyone. Lines were surprisingly well-managed, and there were lifeguards stationed everywhere, which made us feel very safe throughout the day.
What stood out the most was the level of care and attention from the staff. From assisting with lockers to helping us find the perfect spot for our family to relax, they made us feel valued and taken care of. Even the food service staff were cheerful and efficient, and the food was much better than expected for a theme park.
Highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a fun and worry-free day out with family or friends. Exceptional service like this is rare — we’ll definitely be coming back!
