"One of the tallest hotels in Bangkok and offers stunning city views. The access to the 84th floor for viewing the night city lights was a great experience. We stayed on the 43rd floor where the windows were quite minimal, so I feel staying on a floor above 50 would have offered even better views with larger windows. Overall, it was a good experience.
The hotel is located in a prime area, so be prepared for heavy traffic around. A word of caution, the cab vendor operating on the ground floor is not affiliated with the hotel and was not helpful at all. The hotel itself seems to offer free cab services at a reasonable range, but I didn’t try them. If you plan to book through Grab or Bolt, expect a minimum wait of about 30 minutes. This delay almost made us late to the airport, though we managed to reach just in time."

"Unique hotel for your stay here in Bangkok. Highest hotel, wonderful view as you have free access to all areas as a hotel guest, which was really great. We enjoyed it.
Sometimes it can be challenging going up or down though, because at certain times you have to wait for the elevator a bit longer or sometimes even a long time.

At 18th floor they have Sky shop, sky coffee shop and Fruit court.
At 20th floor they have outdoor swimming pool, Fitness club and sky spa.
