Some spots offer a unique bonus: friendly resident cats!
Bangkok's rooftop bars offer stunning city views, with many praised for their panoramic vistas and unique ambiance, including some with resident cats. However, several reviews point to drinks being overpriced and lacking in alcohol content, with one visitor noting a surprisingly high charge for a simple sprite. While the views and friendly staff are often highlights, the value for money on beverages can be a point of contention.
"Nice location with a nice view over the western part of the city. Prices looks a bit high but compare to what you get is actually equal or even bit less than others around (for example drinkin bucket cost more than somewhere else but you get also more)"

"You have to get up there and enjoy the view. It's almost like a skyscraper view; you can see all of Babgkok. Pretty awesome. The jnterior of the bar is really nice and there is some them like superheros and old antique stuff. You have to go there. Huge potential!!"

"Honestly, my experience at Bangkok View Rooftop Bar was pretty disappointing. The drinks were a huge letdown – there was basically no alcohol in them, even though the prices suggested they’d be something special. For what they charge, the quality just didn’t match up.
The only saving grace was the decent view of Bangkok and Khao San Road – that part was nice. The staff were friendly, which helped a bit, but it’s not enough to make up for everything else.
Overall, it’s an average spot with a lot of room for improvement. Fix the drinks and maybe it’d be worth another shot. For now, I wouldn’t rush back. Rating: 2/5 (mainly for the view and service)."
