From the check-in until the checkout everything went so smoothly and I love the fact that every staff knows your name. The room was so well packed and because it was for my birthday I got a very pleasant surprise with cakes and desserts and balloons. They truly made my weekend really special. Our therapists, Zoda and Rin, were well-trained and skilled with their therapy for our 90-minute couples' session. As an example, my therapist Rin began with a moderate touch as requested, but slightly stronger than I liked. When I asked for an adjustment, she did so perfectly, and it was the best massage I've received in Thailand thus far (and my wife and I get regular massages, many of them). The hot pool therapies and shower were likewise spectacular. We highly recommend this spa."
