It isn’t the most straightforward place to find even when you get to the 10th floor but once you do, you’ll find an open air venue that oozes cool. Staff are very attentive and kind - no language issues at all - and the cocktails are excellent. A great view of the skyline and a good soundtrack to accompany it."

"Hannibal has such a cozy vibe! It’s tucked away in Chinatown, but it’s super relaxing. The food is delicious, the staff are really friendly, and the view of the city lights is a nice touch. Perfect for a laid-back night out. Oh, and the cocktails? Amazing!"

"Very expensive and not worth the price. The cocktails are overpriced and quite unremarkable. On top of that, there was an additional service charge and some taxes added at payment, which made it even more disappointing.
The rooftop view is nice and the vibe is interesting, but nothing more than that.
There is a massage area nearby, so if you’ve already decided to spend some time on this rooftop, I’d recommend at least treating yourself to a massage. I’m not sure how professional it is — it was my first time — but it was a fun experience and the Thai staff clearly tried their best."
