What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Let's Relax Spa is widely praised for its consistent quality, serene atmosphere, and excellent onsen facilities. Visitors appreciate the professional staff, the relaxing ambiance, and the complimentary treats like mango sticky rice. While generally highly rated, some find other spas in Bangkok offer a wider variety of onsen experiences or more thorough massages.
"I am an onsen lover. I have been visiting Let's Relax Onsen whenever I am in Bangkok for work before meeting my clients in the afternoon. I like going there at 10 am, when they have just opened for the day and there aren’t many customers. I usually soak in the onsen for an hour before heading for my 2hrs Thai massage.
The ambience of the massage room is quiet, peaceful and smell nice and the massage is very good. There are five pools at the onsen with different temperatures, along with a sauna and a steam room. The shower area has 16 seated showers and four standing shower stalls. The locker area is spacious, with a separate dressing area. There’s also a room with warm Himalayan hot stone bed baths and a cool-down room. A relaxing lounge is available if you’d like to take a nap.
The staff are friendly and helpful. They serve delicious mango sticky rice and tea after the massage. Your body and mind will definitely feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and relaxed. The onsen is usually not crowded in the early morning. Avoid the early afternoon and late evening as it tends to be crowded."

"Visited: Recently (2025) – freshly experienced the Onsen + aromatherapy massage combo.
What I loved:
• Serene & elegant atmosphere: The moment I walked in, the blond-wood interiors and tranquil vibe immediately set the tone for pure relaxation."

"One of those business ideas that freaking works. Not a new one but done exceptionally well! It’s basically a hotel-situated-spa with excellent ONSEN style baths/showers/Sauna/SteamRoom and Additional Healing/Resting Space to relax or catch-up on some work.👌 PS Onsens are fully naked.
The Baths are slightly smaller than the new Lumpini branch but very similar vibes. Quality is consistent. Temps, cleanliness, facilities… Which is something we appreciate. You can achieve very similar Zen levels and healing at either locations.
I’m amazed at their 5 baths, heat bath, cold bath, milk bath, some other cool bath and their mini hydro therapy bath (massages)😈 it’s just great they have them!
Wifey opted to become a 12month member which gives her daily access plus a reduced 500baht access to her plus one. (Me) which is reduced from 750. — if you use the space more than twice a week. It adds up quickly and we found more value with the 12month package even tho we are only using it for 6 months. Because we planned on using at least 4-5 per week average. — If you are a couple and love your spa chills, this place is an excellent extension to any hotel or living arrangement in Bangkok.
It’s nice to have a second alternative chill base where you can spend a couple of hours to relax, get some work done.
Both venues Thonglor Branch (this one) and Lumphini Branch (newer one) have super late closing hours.
They are both in an excellent hotel which is nice.
both have a mini kitchen that serves food to purchase and they also provide free snacks and waters.
We are hunters of steam rooms, saunas located in hotels, gyms and spas, and this build is a good one for putting real work in the bath facilities.
Don’t think the experience will be perfect every time, the crowd gets busy at different times, so expect that too.
For what it is I think it’s pretty good value and definitely worth a visit once if you are ever in Bangkok and love public baths , saunas , onsens etc."
