I stayed at the Marriott Bangkok and overall had a pleasant experience.
The room was very clean, and the hotel is located right in the center of Bangkok, which makes it extremely convenient. The facilities were complete, even providing mouthwash, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast was absolutely perfect — delicious, high-quality, and offering a wide variety of international options. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
However, a few areas need improvement.
The bathtub shower was difficult to turn on, and when it finally worked, the water came out brown at first, which suggests it hadn’t been used for a long time. The room itself is quite old, though it is still maintained with a good cleanliness standard.
The check-in and check-out processes were very slow.
• Night check-in staff were not enough, causing long waiting times.
• Noon check-out also took very long, likely due to management or process issues.
