The location is excellent, and the hotel is divided into two separate buildings — one for Superior Rooms and the other for Deluxe Rooms.
I had a minor issue at check-in due to the staff not speaking English, which made communication a bit difficult. When I entered my room, a maintenance worker was still repairing the air conditioning. The receptionist kindly offered me an alternative room while waiting, and the staff were cooperative and helpful. The repair didn’t take long, which I appreciated.
However, I had booked a Deluxe Room with one large bed, but I was given a room with two twin beds instead, which was disappointing.
Overall, it was a good experience with helpful staff, but there’s room for improvement in communication and booking accuracy.

"When you read reviews where people praise hotels, they are usually not true for us. This hotel is really a 4.5 star hotel at a great price. Service 5 stars, room condition 4.5 stars, General appearance 4 stars, Services 5 stars. This is a really good hotel. We have a 1-year-old child with us. The child is taken into account perfectly. They have, for example, a baby bed and children's own crockery and high chair for breakfast. I highly recommend and I usually don't recommend anything easily."
