"I always have wonderful experiences at Let’s Relax Spa.
But it was my first experience in this branch and I love the cosy vibes.
Everything was clean, and the staff were professional, helpful and smiling. The foot massage was very good and the mango sticky rice tasty.
highly recommended!."

"Amazing, just wow! Me and my mom walked from the Terminal 21 mall which took less than 10 min. When we approached the building it was just 🤩! The onsen was set on 7th floor, we were met with this calm vibe, a staff member took care of our shoes and then we went up to the onsen. Got us a neat bag with everything needed for the onsen. Luckily, we were the only ones there! Excessively clean, and luxurious. After the onsen we decided to head down to grab a snack or so before our massage, and there were these cute Thai snacks with pandan drinks at the eating area - for free. The massage was top notch, fell asleep twice 😅. Ended it all with cute set of sticky rice with mango and a hot tea. Recommended for sure!
What I missed: besides the various signs, as a complete first timer at an onsen, we felt completely lost. Kept asking the cleaning ladies what to wear, what to do etc but in the end we managed to get it right thanks to another fellow onsen person 😅 would have been nice to be completely guided by someone at the reception - like literally, get undressed, wear this and bring that!
Also, it would’ve been better with some slippers? Felt a bit weird walking around barefoot through the whole area 😳
Last but not least - make sure you try everything, cause there’s so much! We both enjoyed the hot bed area(?) so peaceful and comfy. Also the relax room! I think it was extra nice since it was empty everywhere 🤭"
