What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests consistently praise the Park Hyatt Bangkok for its elegant design, exceptional service, and unbeatable location directly connected to Central Embassy mall and the BTS. The infinity pool and rooftop dining are frequently highlighted as standout features, offering breathtaking city views. While some minor wear and tear is noted on furnishings, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many extending their stays.
"An absolute 10/10!
It was such a beautiful hotel with elegant yet modern interior.
The infinity pool was amazing and we spent so much time chilling by the pool
The staffs were very friendly and could greet you by name
We also booked the executive retreat experience (like an executive lounge) and had so much food at their lunch/afternoon tea/evening cocktail sessions. They served Thai milk tea (really yum) throughout these sessions so I dropped by a lot and grab some before I went out
Also it was right next to Central Embassy which was great for shopping and in walking distance to Central world! Location was unbeatable yet felt less busy and hence quieter and more comfy than the central world main area!
Absolutely loving the hotel"

"My friends and I enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea at the Park Hyatt Bangkok last week and were deeply grateful for the warm and gracious welcome we received from the hotel staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally hospitable and attentive. One of the team members kindly guided us to the pantry, where we could select from a wonderful array of pastries and chocolates to accompany the savoury and dessert items. The afternoon tea set was exquisitely presented in fine porcelain, enhancing the entire dining experience.
The true highlight, however, was the genuine warmth and positive attitude of the staff, as well as their thoughtful approach to ensuring every guest’s satisfaction. Everything was simply perfect, making our afternoon truly memorable. A heartfelt thank-you to Khun Mammie, Khun Pat, and Khun Poppy, who were all so attentive and welcoming ka."

"Excellent hotel. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, I extended for 3 and booked again a few nights for the following week.
If I could, I would have stayed even more. As a first timer at a Hyatt property, I must say this was a very pleasant surprise.
Staff is generally good and nice, rooms are properly cleaned and well organized.
While the hotel shows a bit of its age here and there, on some furnitures, the full package is excellent. Breakfast is great, pool feels relaxing (though a bit of a shame it closes so early), location is perfect.
I did not go to the upper floor restaurant, as I was met on my first evening by a very dismissive lady, who was more interested in her phone than me. Perhaps she thought I was not a resident of the hotel, but it made me not want to go at that restaurant, and instead I went elsewhere every evening.
Still a positive experience."
