"I walked in for a 60-minute foot massage and a 90-minute back, neck, and shoulder massage. The lady at the front desk confirmed my booking. When the therapist took me to the room, I noticed there was no foot massage chair, so I asked to start with the foot massage. She said okay, but once the massage started, it felt rushed and a bit odd. It didn’t feel like I got the full 60 minutes for the foot massage before moving on to the back.
During the treatment, she massaged my hands too, so I double-checked if I was getting the back, neck, and shoulder massage I had booked. She said yes, everything was included. Later, someone entered the room and they spoke for a while. I asked if everything was okay, and she apologize, she realized she had mistakenly given me a 90-minute oil massage instead.
By then, I was lying on my back, and she asked me to turn over again so she could redo the back and foot massage. Unfortunately, the whole experience felt disorganized and I couldn’t relax at all.
The massage room itself was nice and clean, but the garden outside looked abandoned, which took away from the overall atmosphere"
