We booked our session one month in advance, and even when we needed to change the timing the day before, the staff were very accommodating and adjusted our appointment without any issue. This flexibility already gave us a great first impression.
The makeup artist were kind and gentle with my family members. My parents especially felt very comfortable, and they really liked the final makeup look. It was natural, flattering, and done with care.
A special shout-out to PEA, our photographer. He was patient, especially because my parents are quite shy in front of the camera.
