"Saxophone Pub & Restaurant is one of Bangkok’s most iconic jazz & blues venues, just steps from Victory Monument BTS. Founded in 1987, this legendary pub offers live music every night with talented Thai musicians and a warm, energetic vibe.
The first floor is perfect for enjoying the live performances up close, while the second floor has spacious seating and a pool table for a more relaxed atmosphere. A great spot for both groups and couples.
The food and drinks are excellent. They serve solid Thai dishes and a wide selection of cocktails and beers. I had Hoegaarden and several Thai dishes, and everything tasted even better with the live music.
My favorite was Rad Na (ราดหน้า) — wide rice noodles topped with a smooth, flavorful gravy with pork and vegetables. Mild, comforting, and delicious (I love adding Thai vinegar!).
