"I seldom leave reviews for hotels but this one deserves one! The team was just wonderful, even before our stay they answered all our queries promptly over email. When we arrived, we were slightly impatient due to the queue at the check in, but one of the team members noticed and quickly attended to us, ushered us to seats, and welcomed us with drinks. She explained everything extremely well and even escorted us personally to the rooms.
We felt very well taken care of, especially with the complimentary golf cart rides that took us to CentralWorld or near Platinum Mall, this was useful in the mornings when there was no traffic jams and when we couldn’t cut through Siam Paragon mall (which only opens at 10am).
Overall, just a really great comfortable stay with a very warm and welcoming team at Siam Kempinski!"

"Located right next to Siam Paragon, the hotel makes a grand first impression. Check-in was smooth, and being escorted to the room is a nice touch.
Room & Comfort:
The room was spacious and well-designed with a lovely balcony. However, the climate control seemed calibrated for cryostasis. My gills were freezing over until I asked for an adjustment. Housekeeping, on the other hand, was perfection—spotless cleaning and a complimentary minibar (which was included with my Lounge Access room category).

You have two choices for breakfast.
The Lounge (for guests with access) serves tasty a la carte options and is great if you want to avoid the main crowds early in the morning. However, be aware that by 10:00–10:30, it also gets packed, and the feeling of exclusivity completely evaporates.
Personally, I preferred the Main Restaurant. The selection of food is vast, and the service is excellent. Just be careful of the "Trap Table" on the right side inside the restaurant—it’s positioned directly under an icy A/C vent. Staff try to seat people there first; I recommend fleeing to a warmer spot immediately. Alternatively, you can sit outside, where it is pleasantly warm.
The Executive Lounge Experience:
The idea of the evening cocktail is to socialize before heading out for dinner. But honestly, given the experience, you might as well just go straight to a restaurant. I wouldn't pay for this again.
1. Wine: The selection is quite sad. Cheap Prosecco and entry-level wines that don't match the hotel's 5-star status.
2. Food: Canapés are decent—certainly a step up from a standard airport lounge, but not quite gourmet. Perfectly fine for a light snack, just don't expect a culinary masterpiece.
3. The "Cinderella" Rule: At 18:45, you are very politely but clearly warned that the party is over. At 19:00 sharp, the food and drinks are whisked away with German precision. It feels reminiscent of dinner at a strict boarding school.
Summary:
A visually stunning hotel with a beautiful garden. But unless you love cheap wine and strict deadlines, book a room without Lounge access. And maybe bring a parka for certain parts of the hotel where the A/C is set to deep freeze mode"
