"Best hotel ever: a dream wedding come true
We had our wedding at The Surin a week ago and honestly everything was beyond perfect. Every single detail was delivered at a level far exceeding what we ever imagined. This resort is truly exceptional and our experience was nothing short of magical.
A very special thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Bat who planned everything for us. We didn’t have an external wedding planner so we relied heavily on her and let me tell you she is an absolute superwoman. From the moment we booked the venue over a year ago. Bat answered every question and request promptly, sometimes even while she was on holiday (which still amazes us).
We genuinely cannot imagine our special day without her. Bat has been incredible not only during the wedding week and on the day itself but throughout the entire year leading up to it. Her patience, kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. She and her team were absolutely amazing.
Thank you Bat and her team for their dedication, care and for making our wedding day more beautiful than we ever dreamed possible.

"The Surin sits on an incredible, pristine beach shared with just one other hotel, easily one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Rooms are spread organically through the hillside, almost like elegant treehouses, with a simple, pleasant design, extremely comfortable beds and lovely views over the bay.
The pool is just steps from the shore, and both the beach bar and the two restaurants offer great food in atmospheres ranging from casual to more refined. Breakfast is generous and delicious. Staff are exceptionally kind and the service is flawless.
The only downside is that some rooms require long walks and many stairs. We were lucky to be moved close to the beach, but the first room offered was far too high and difficult to reach.
Overall, The Surin is hard to beat. Its location and its extraordinary beach make it truly unique."

"Stunning resort. Service is impeccable with great attention to detail. Could stay here forever. Breakfast was also outstanding. Only thing that could be improved is the dinner at the restaurant. For the prices, you’d expect higher quality food. We ordered the pasta, fish tacos, and prawn buns and all disappointing and incredibly greasy. Definitely not what you’d expect of a 5 star resort. However, the facilities provided at the resort (gym, yoga classes, pool, lounge chairs) are all of incredibly high quality and were a treat."
